My research program aims to develop and use innovative statistical and machine learning approaches to address medical and public health problems. My current interests include
- analysis of high-dimensional and big data
- analysis of longitudinal and functional data
- Bayesian modeling and inference
- data integration and integrative clustering

My research is supported by a Discovery Grant funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada, and a peer-reviewed Early Career Researcher Award in Asthma jointly funded by the CIHR Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health, the Canadian Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Foundation, AstraZeneca Canada, Asthma Canada, and the Canadian Lung Association.
